Returns & Exchanges

At Learning Express Houston, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase; if you are not, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or visit our online Returns Center to enter your order number and zip code to start the request.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is confirmed.
